​Booking & Payments:

All bookings are subject to availability. Any advance payment made through our portal is for securing the reservation and is handled as per our agency’s secure payment protocols.

​Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellations are subject to the specific policy of the hotel and the season. Please confirm the refund terms at the time of booking with our reservation desk.

​Check-in/Check-out:

Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests are required to carry a valid Government ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID) as per local regulations.

​Liability:

While we ensure the highest service standards, the agency acts as an intermediary. Any disputes regarding on-site hotel services will be resolved in coordination with the property management.
