Refund & Cancellation

​"We strive to provide a flexible booking experience. However, as a booking partner for Hotel Lakeside Inn, we follow a structured cancellation module:

​Cancellation Timeline: * Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 90% refund (10% processing fee applies).

​Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.

​Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund will be applicable.

​Peak Season Policy: During long weekends, festivals, and peak summer/winter seasons, all bookings are non-refundable. Please confirm the 'Peak Season' status with our desk before booking.

​Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

​No-Show Policy: In case of a 'No-Show' (guest does not arrive), the full booking amount will be forfeited.

​Modifications: Postponing or advancing your dates is subject to room availability and may involve a price difference."
